چکیده

In this article, near-zero drift and high electromechanical coupling acoustic resonators have been designed demonstrated. The resonator is based on Lamb waves in a bimorph composed of lithium niobate silicon dioxide. Our approach breaks through performance boundary conventional Lamb-wave by introducing the while operating at higher order resonant modes. This enables to achieve frequency scalability, low-temperature coefficient frequency, altogether. temperature were analytically optimized for A 3 mode adjusting thicknesses different materials bimorph. Resonators with dimensions stack thickness fabricated measured, resulting ranging from -17.6 -1.1 ppm/°C, 13.4% 18%, quality factors up 800 3.5 GHz. achieved specifications are adequate fifth-generation (5G) sub-6-GHz bands n77 n78.

Electromechanical resonators from graphene sheets.

Nanoelectromechanical systems were fabricated from single- and multilayer graphene sheets by mechanically exfoliating thin sheets from graphite over trenches in silicon oxide. Vibrations with fundamental resonant frequencies in the megahertz range are actuated either optically or electrically and detected optically by interferometry. We demonstrate room-temperature charge sensitivities down to ...

Density near zero

Let $S$ be a dense subsemigroup of $(0,+infty)$. In this paper, we state   definition of thick near zero, and also  we will introduce a definition that is equivalent to the definition of piecewise syndetic near zero which presented by Hindman  and Leader in [6].  We define density near zero for subsets of $S$ by a collection of nonempty finite subsets of $S$ and we investigate the conditions un...

Resonance Spectrum Characteristics of Effective Electromechanical Coupling Coefficient of High-Overtone Bulk Acoustic Resonator

A high-overtone bulk acoustic resonator (HBAR) consisting of a piezoelectric film with two electrodes on a substrate exhibits a high quality factor (Q) and multi-mode resonance spectrum. By analyzing the influences of each layer’s material and structure (thickness) parameters on the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient (Keff), the resonance spectrum characteristics of Keff have been...
